In 2017, Canada was leading the way and blazing a trail within the Cannabis sector. The regulations that were created and the business that were born, would be a blueprint for the world. It was growing fast and finding the right talent to work in this sector, was one of our biggest challenges. Like most start-ups, the industry couldn’t just grab any executive from big Pharma or top tier CPG’s. It required in-depth insight, understanding and experience to connect with and attract the right talent.
